Sales Representative

Job Brief

We are looking for a Sales Representative to sell our products directly to customers through field visits, calls or in-store meetings. You will reach new customers, close deals, and follow up so that orders repeat.

Responsibilities

• Visit existing customers on a daily route and take orders
• Find and open new customer accounts in the assigned area
• Present products, prices and current offers to customers
• Negotiate quantities and payment terms within approved limits
• Collect payments from customers on time
• Log visits and orders in the system or sales app every day
• Check how products are displayed at points of sale
• Share customer feedback and competitor prices with the supervisor
• Reach the monthly sales target

Requirements

• Previous sales experience is an advantage; fresh graduates may be considered with training
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to work in the field and travel daily within the area
• A driving or motorcycle license is an advantage for some field roles
• Punctual and resilient when customers say no
• High school diploma or university degree depending on the product and customers
