Sales Manager

Job Brief

We are looking for a Sales Manager to own our sales targets and lead the team that delivers them. You will build the annual sales plan, split it across regions and teams, and act quickly when results fall behind.

Responsibilities

• Build the annual sales plan and break it down by region, team and month
• Set targets for supervisors and representatives and review them weekly
• Hire, coach and develop the sales team
• Manage key accounts and negotiate terms and volumes
• Agree discount policy and credit limits with the finance team
• Analyze sales by region, product and customer to find gaps and opportunities
• Work with marketing on campaigns and offers that support sales
• Follow up on collections and reduce overdue balances
• Report results and forecasts to senior management

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, including a management role
• A track record of meeting targets that can be verified
• Experience with CRM systems and strong Excel skills
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Good English for B2B or international accounts
• Bachelor's degree in commerce, business or a related field
