We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide family-focused care in our organization.

Family Nurse Practitioner responsibilities include educating patients about disease prevention, performing diagnostic tests and managing the overall care for patients.

Ultimately, you will work directly with patients to help identify and address complex medical conditions.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and treating health conditions
• Formulating treatment plans for acute and chronic diseases
• Educating patients on healthy lifestyle habits
• Order and analyze diagnostic tests
• Counsel patients about options for their medical conditions
• Prescribe medication as needed
• Conduct examinations of the body
• Manage overall patient care
• Educate patients on preventative care and disease management

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Family Nurse Practitioner or similar role
• Clinical training in family medicine
• Minimum of 3 years experience
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Family Nurse Practitioner
