Raghda earned her degree in Biotechnology, an academic background that shaped her analytical, root-cause approach to solving people & culture challenges, and fueled her passion for building people-first cultures that create clarity, structure, and a strong employee experience. Outside of work, she’s a storyteller at heart. In 2014, she founded Humans of Cairo, a photography and interview project that celebrates the city’s diversity through portraits and real conversations, strengthening her ability to listen deeply and connect with people across backgrounds. Driven by purpose and impact, Raghda continues to shape workplaces where people feel seen, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
