By accessing or using Recruitera, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Platform.
User: Any person or entity using the Recruitera Platform, including HR professionals, recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
Customer: Organizations or individuals utilizing Recruitera services.
Content: Any information, data, text, software, graphics, or other materials uploaded, posted, or otherwise transmitted via the Platform.
Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep their account information updated.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must notify Recruitera immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Recruitera grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Platform, subject to these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Platform, including but not limited to:
Attempting unauthorized access, disruption, or impairment of the Platform.
Uploading harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.
Using the Platform for any illegal or unethical recruitment activities.
Customers retain all rights to their uploaded data. Recruitera will not access, use, or share customer data except as necessary to provide the service or as required by law.

All intellectual property rights in the Platform and its content (excluding user-uploaded content) are owned by Recruitera or its licensors.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform or its content without our written permission.
Recruitera may offer integrations with third-party services (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
Recruitera may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Recruitera is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months prior to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Recruitera, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claim, liability, or demand arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of
Recruitera reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
